Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to SportsAPI360. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SportsAPI360 website, API services, and any other services offered by SportsAPI360 (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Definitions

  • "SportsAPI360," "we," "us," and "our" refer to SportsAPI360 and its subsidiaries and affiliates.
  • "You" and "your" refer to the individual or entity accessing or using the Services.

3. Account Registration

4. API Usage and Limitations

Subject to these Terms, SportsAPI360 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the API in accordance with the documentation provided.

4.1 Rate Limits

Your use of the API is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of your access to the API or additional charges.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the API for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent any API rate limits or restrictions
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the API
  • Use the API in a manner that adversely impacts the stability of SportsAPI360's servers or the performance of the API for other users
  • Sell, lease, share, transfer, or sublicense the API or access to the API without SportsAPI360's prior written consent
  • Use the API to develop a competing product or service

5. Fees and Payment

Certain aspects of the Services may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for the Services.

SportsAPI360 may change the fees for the Services at any time with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to the fee changes, you must stop using the Services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all Content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by SportsAPI360, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services or Content, other than the limited license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

7. Data Accuracy and Availability

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date sports data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided through the Services. The data is provided "as is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services or that the Services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

SPORTSAPI360 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SPORTSAPI360, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SportsAPI360, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.

12. Governing Law
